I-Movix supplies slow-motion cameras for CANAL+ France sports productions

The I-Movix SprintCam V3 HD camera captures images at from 500fps to 10,000fps.
Under a new agreement, I-Movix is supplying CANAL+ France with its SprintCam Live V2.1 and SprintCam V3 HD cameras for ultra-slow-motion effects used during CANAL+’s live sports telecasts.
With 10.6 million subscribers, CANAL+ France is one of the leading pay-TV channels in France. The agreement with I-Movix is exclusive for France, providing production crews with the ability to work at 500fps under limited lighting conditions.
I-Movix and CANAL+ France have worked together on several occasions this year, including major football (soccer) events. Depending on the stadium, with only a little bit more than 700lux, CANAL+ was able to make the most of the SprintCam system’s ability to capture from 500fps to 5000fps.
