The IBC Technical Papers Committee has honored Adam Wiewiorka and Peter Moss of the BBC Research & Development Department in the United Kingdom for presenting the best technical paper at IBC2005.
The two were recognized for their paper “'Digital On-Channel Repeater for DAB.” According to IBC Technical Papers Committee Chairman David Crawford, the committee was impressed with the paper’s “balance between the complex mathematical theory of the subject and the practical implementation of a solution."
Wiewiorka and Moss were honored Sept. 12 at the IBC Awards Ceremony.
