JMR Electronics showcased its new BlueStor Digital Rapids and RED video storage servers and RAID storage systems at HD EXPO-Createasphere earlier this month in Burbank, CA.

The BluStor 4RU Digital Rapids video server is an all-in-one, high-performance encoding/transcoding solution for SD and HD projects. The system, a 16-bay RAID integrated with a Digital Rapids' StreamZHD encoder, can capture HD or SD video in its native format or convert it in hardware during capture from HD to SD, SD to HD or between HD resolutions and frame rates.

JMR's BlueStor RED video storage server is a 4RU 16-bay RAID system that offers high performance, robust reliability and support for a wide variety of ingest and output features.
