Mushroom Networks has unveiled PortaBella, a one-sided wireless broadband bonding appliance that delivers fast mobile Internet connections for downloading and uploading media-rich data.
PortaBella is capable of providing Internet connectivity at mobile locations by bonding together multiple cellular wireless Internet access cards for increased performance and reliability. It aggregates the capacity of as many as five USB-based cellular data cards for increased access to bandwidth both in the uplink and downlink directions.
PortaBella enables true bonding over various wireless Internet access technologies, even from different providers.
