Petrol has introduced the Camlap trolley backpack, a new roll-along professional camera backpack specially designed to carry a Sony PMW-EX1, a laptop computer and accessories.
The Camlap unzips quickly from top to bottom, offering an ultrawide U-shaped opening for fast, easy access to contents. Inside the main chamber, internal adjustable binding straps and Petrol’s sliding pipe system secure the camera and keep it firmly — and safely — in place.
Four removable rigid dividers can be custom-configured into pockets for holding and organizing accessories. Contents are protected on all sides by layers of durable, cushioned fabric. A second, padded rear pocket cradles a laptop computer with up to a 17in screen.
The Camlap trolley backpack measures 12.8in x 14.2in x 21.3in and is tailored to hold the Sony PMW-EX1 and HVR-Z1, Panasonic DVX100B, JVC JYE 300D and similar-size HDV/DV camcorders.
