Quartz Electronics announces new personnel

Quartz Electronics has announced the additions of Jim Barclay and Rosemarie Collins.
Barclay will serve as Western Regional Sales Manager, based out of the main office in Nevada City, CA. Collins will work as office administrator in the same office. Both previously worked for Accom.
