Riedel Communications made the European debut of its fiber-optic signal transport solutions at IBC2009.
Riedel MediorNet is a fiber-based, real-time signal transport solutions for uncompressed, multichannel HD/SD video, audio, intercom and data.
MediorNet combines signal transport, routing and signal processing and conversion into one integrated, real-time network. MediorNet is not designed only for simple point-to-point links, but is a real network solution. This includes signal routing, allowing the user to send any incoming signal to any output or even to multiple outputs by a mouse-click or via a router control system.
