The new Rohde & Schwarz R&S TxCheck software simplifies the testing of DVB-T/H transposers.
The software combines the R&S ETL TV analyzer and the R&S SFE signal generator to form a complete test system. Instead of conventional approaches that require cumbersome manual settings, transposer tests can be performed automatically. This compact, reliable test solution is well suited for installation, maintenance and service.
In this application, the R&S SFE is used as a signal source for the DVB-T/H transposer to be measured. When the R&S TxCheck software is installed on the R&S ETL, it controls the generation of signals by the R&S SFE, which allows the measurement sequence to run automatically. Compared with a conventional test setup consisting of separate instruments, this solution saves time and delivers reliable, reproducible measurement results.
