Superior Electric introduces STABILINE automatic voltage regulator

Superior Electric has introduced the STABILINE BVR (Binary Voltage Regulator) Series of solid-state, step-regulating technology that takes up to 50 percent less installation space compared to other regulator technologies.

The new design eliminates full-load carrying transformers and servo-motor controls resulting in up to 40 percent less weight, no moving parts and a maintenance-free design.

Twenty base models for three-phase wye configurations are offered with output current ratings of 100A, 200A, 400A, 800A and 1200A.

It features an HMI display for user-set parameters and I/O voltage readings, output line and neutral currents and system kW and kVA monitoring. Seven alarm conditions relay contacts available. It also offers redundant bypass circuit protection; options include manual bypass switch, I/O circuit breakers and transient voltage surge suppression.
