360 Systems shows new HD servers

A new family of video servers from 360 Systems will be shown for the first time at the HD World Expo in New York (booth #1142) this week that offer a mix of inputs and outputs, expanded storage capacity and the ability to simultaneously record, trim, and play a live feed. There are two models in the series, the MAXX-2400HD and MAXX-1200HD.

Key features of the MAXX-2400HD include two video inputs, four outputs, 32 audio channels, and 12TB of internal storage. A variety of production tools includes trimming, slow-motion, playlisting and remote workstation software.

The smaller scale MAXX-1200HD provides a single input, three outputs, 24 audio channels, more than 70 hours of program storage, and features the same production capabilities as its big brother. The server offers the capability to simultaneously record, trim and play a live feed — even at slow-motion — make the MAXX-1200HD ideal for sports and live events.
