Telecast Fiber to highlight Teleport CWDM wavelength manager

With the CopperHead DV400, ENG crews can create SDI signals directly from Sony IMX, SX and DigiBeta cameras, and link those cameras to digital microwave and satellite trucks via tactical fiber optic cable.
Telecast Fiber Systems will showcase its new focus Teleport coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) wavelength manager at IBC2005.

By integrating the Teleport, Telecast's products provide high-bandwidth multiplexing for as many as 32 digital signals on two single-mode fibers. It also eliminates the need for wavelength-specific spares, because any transport device in the 1300nm and 1550nm wavelength windows can be plugged into any channel of the unit.

Telecast 's new CopperHead DV400 will make its European debut at IBC2005. The DV400 allows ENG crews to create SDI signals directly from Sony IMX, SX and DigiBeta cameras, and link those cameras to digital microwave and satellite trucks via tactical fiber optic cable.
