Tiernan’s HMR5440 receiver features MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 capabilities and the ability to decode both high- (1080i & 720p) and standard- (NTSC & PAL) definition formats.
Both digital and analog video outputs are supported as well. Four pairs of audio support are provided in analog, digital and embedded formats, with DVB-S L-band and ASI inputs also included as standard features.
In addition, DVB-S2 (1 to 45 msps), G.703 (E3 & DS3), and IP (100/100 Base-T with COP3 FEC) support are available as options. Complete control, of all functions is accessed through an intuitive front panel interface, along with a Web interface and full SNMP support. BISS and PGCA conditional access is also a standard feature.
