The Vitec Group has launched a new business unit, RF Extreme, which comprises the Vitec-owned microwave services brands RF Central, Nucomm and Microwave Service. Though the companies will be combined in this new unit, each will remain its own brand.
In a press release issued by The Vitec Group, RF Extreme President Stephen Shpock said the new unit was created for efficiency and to better serve customers, eliminating the need to them to have to work with multiple vendors.
The new division aims to provide solutions to professional users worldwide in the broadcast, sports/entertainment and military/aerospace/government sectors.
