Dielectric Communications has teamed up with RF products manufacturer Trans-Tel, which specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of RF systems, to provide antennas and components that complement Trans-Tel's current product portfolio.
In return, Trans-Tel will provide pre- and post-sales engineering support and service on these products in its local market while also acting as Dielectric's exclusive certified technical consultant in Brazil.
Trans-Tel will help Dielectric by assisting with sales, client consultations and technical support in Brazil. To provide Trans-Tel representatives with a sophisticated and intimate knowledge of Dielectric's RF product lineup, Dielectric will supply Trans-Tel with intensive training at Dielectric's headquarters in Raymond, ME.
