MediaTek acquires K-WILL

Taiwanese fabless semiconductor company MediaTek has acquired K-WILL in Torrance, CA.

K-WILL will continue to operate out of Torrance, CA, as a division of MediaTek, but does have plans to move to a new facility. Financial terms were not disclosed.
