Xpertia Soluciones Integrales will integrate UDcast’s DVB-H headend into the Xpertia LabMU (Multiuser Digital TV Laboratory).

Xpertia will use the UDcast headend to create an environment to improve and strengthen DVB-H implementation as well as to study IP generation within DVB-H-based standards. The key component of the UDcast headend is the company’s IP encapsulator (IPE-10), which enables the encapsulation of video and audio sources and their multicasting over the DVB-H network to handheld devices.
