At the NAB2007, April 14–19, OpenCube Technologies (Booth #SU8530) will demonstrate its latest developments in the next generation of its MXF Tools. Made up of multiplatform C++ SDK, graphic applications and viewer, the MXFTk version 2.0 includes new key features that support handling of the MXF format as defined by SMPTE. These functions include the management of MXF files with external references — from OP-1a to OP-3c, the support of MXF D-Cinema formats based on MXF DCP creation and interoperability with most industry-standard camcorders, NLE and broadcast servers.
Among its line of products, OpenCube Technologies will demonstrate updated versions of its MXF/GXF Viewer, a graphics application able to handle the rapid management of MXF and GXF media with associated metadata- and format-conversions tools.
