Part of the Scopus IVN system, the UE-9000 UniversalEncoder offers two H.264 channel encoding for bandwidth-efficient distribution.
Featuring two H.264 channel encoding, the UE-9000 allows users to maintain MPEG-2 video quality while saving up to 50 percent bandwidth and maintaining operational cost efficiencies. The UE-9000 enables up to four MPEG-2 video channels to operate simultaneously. It also provides improved port density and enhanced encoding while featuring high quality video with ASI and IP output as a basic feature.

Hardware-ready for DVB-S2, the UE-9000 can also include a satellite modulator and up-converter for DSNG and fixed applications. The unit also features analog and digital video inputs and up to eight stereo channels. Multiple platforms can be cascaded, thus saving the need for an external multiplexer.
