The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) is calling for nominations for its Cable-Tec Expo and Women in Technology Awards for 2007. Both awards will be presented at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo, June 19-22, in Orlando, FL.
The Cable-Tec Awards include the SCTE Member of the Year Award, the SCTE Hall of Fame, the SCTE Excellence in Standards Award and the SCTE Safety Awards.
The annual Women in Technology Award recognizes the achievements of one woman who has demonstrated outstanding personal and professional growth and significantly contributed to the cable telecommunications industry.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 2, 2007.
