Leader Electronics to spotlight LV5800 multimonitor platform
Jul 26, 2007 8:00 AM
At IBC2007, Leader Electronics will highlight the new LV5800 modular multimonitor platform that allows simultaneous viewing of four SDI or HD-SDI sources.
Exhibited as a prototype at IBC2006, the LV5800 platform enables broadcasters and facility supervisors to define a dual-link SDI/HD-SDI signal analyzer that meets their current requirements while allowing for future expansion.
Twin auto-detecting inputs make the LV5800 compliant with all HD-SDI and SD-SDI standards, including 1080p/50 via dual link. Automatic signal detection enables the LV5800 to sense the input format, colorimetry and black burst or tri-level external reference input.
The company will also show its new LT4400 multiformat video generator, a one unit half-rack-wide master sync and test pattern generator for HD/SD production and post production.
